• OAngband 0.5.0b released
  Bahman Rabii released a bugfix version version of OAngband. The source code and a Windows version are waiting for download. Please read the list of changes.
• KAngband 2.9.1r1 ports
  Bablos ported the new KAngband to the Amiga, and I have released the DOS and Windows binaries of version 2.9.1r1.

• KAngband 2.9.1r1
  John I'anson-Holton released a non-beta version of the KAngband source code. Take a look at the list of bugs that have been fixed since the beta.

• Amiga ports
  Bablos ported the new versions of OAngband, CthAngband, and KAngband for the Amiga.
• DOS and Windows ports
  And I have prepared the DOS version for OAngband and DOS and Windows archives for CthAngband. Note that these versions are untested, so look out for bugs.
• Mac ports
  And the Mac users get something new to play with too, since Rowan Beentje compiled ZAngband 2.5.2b for PPC and 68k Macs.

• OAngband 0.5.0 released
  The new OAngband maintainer, Bahman Rabii, released version 0.5.0 of OAngband. The source code and a Windows version are waiting for download. Make sure you read the list of changes.
• CthAngband 4.1.0
  And this was not the only variant that got a new maintainer. David Thornley took over the development of CthAngband and released version 4.1.0 as source code and Mac versions. Read the changelog to find out what new new features have been added in this version.
• ZAngband 2.5.2b for Amiga
  Bablos prepared the Amiga version of ZAngband 2.5.2b.

• ZAngband 2.5.2b released
  A minor update for the development version of ZAngband is now available. The source code, Windows, and DOS versions of ZAngband 2.5.2b are waiting with bugfixes, several new room types, and some tweaks to game balance!

• PernAngband 4.1.2
  Dark God released a new version of his variant PernAngband. Source code, DOS, and the Amiga version (by Bablos) are available. Make sure to read the changelog.
• KAngband is back
  KAngband has been revived by John I'anson-Holton. He released the beta version of the source code based on Angband 2.9.1 and hopefully fixed a bunch of bugs. I've compiled the DOS and Windows versions.
• ZAngband 2.5.2 for Amiga
  Bablos also prepared the Amiga version of ZAngband 2.5.2.

• EyAngband ports
  Bablos and Rowan Beentje compiled EyAngband 0.1.4 for the Amiga and the PPC and 68k Macs.

• (J)Angband/64 'beta 6 release 5'
  Jurriaan Kalkman released a new version of his variant (J)Angband/64. Beside many bugfixes the 'beta 6 release 5' brings the following highlights:
  • You can now make macros that cast a certain spell, if you have that spell anywhere in a book in your inventory.
  • Lots of bounds-checking bugs removed again, particularly in inventory management.
  • Blink Dogs have a useful attack once more: monsters will now use Teleport To if they can.
  • Pillars and other inner-room features are not damaged by tunnels anymore.

• EyAngband 0.1.4
  Eytan Zweig did it again, he released a new EyAngband version. This version fixes the bugs from 0.1.3, completes the guild quest implementation (adding rewards, making quests much harder, and random quests no longer prevent down stairs, but diving below quest level has a high chance of causing quest failure), tweaks point-based creation a bit, adds a display of equipped characters on the main screen (from ZAngband), and adds a birth option for pre-buying basic equipment.

• ZAngband 2.5.2 released
  The new development version of ZAngband is now available. The source code, Windows, and DOS versions are waiting with many new features, changes, and bugfixes!
• Prfnoff-Angband a2.9.1
  Prfnoff released the first non-beta version of his new variant Prfnoff-Angband a2.9.1 New features in this release include the Wood-Elf race from CatHAngband, "Turin mode" for players who want to play the hard way, and various bugfixes.
• Amiga ports
  Bablos released compiled Amiga versions of DrAngband 2.9.6, EyAngband 0.1.3, and Prfnoff's Angband a2.9.1.
• EyAngband Mac port
  And last but not least Rowan Beentje compiled EyAngband 0.1.3 for PPC and 68k Macs.
