This site is dedicated to Angband - a roguelike dungeon exploration game based on the books of J.R.R.Tolkien.

Thangorodrim is the name of the three mighty peaks Morgoth raised above the gates of Angband when he returned there at the beginning of the First Age. The name means Mountains of oppression; from thang - "oppression", orod - "mountain", and rim - "great number, host".

The line below the heading is written in Sindarin, the language of the elves, in the mode of Beleriand and reads: Ennyn Robert aran Angband. Pedo mellon a minno - The gate of Robert, king of Angband. Speak, friend, and enter.
It's a variation of the inscription on the doors of Moria (see The Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring, Chapter 4, "A Journey in the Dark").
