Lisp Angband
Stig E. Sandoe released the first development version of LAngband, an Angband version written from scratch in Common Lisp. The source code, screenshots, documentation and various interesting information about this project can be found at the LAngband homepage.
EyAngband bugfixing
Eytan Zweig released a bugfix version of EyAngband, named 0.5.0b. It contains fixes to numerous bugs, some minor and some not-so-minor, but no other gameplay changes. Source code and Windows version are available.

Thangorodrim is moving!
For the last 4.5 years the kind sysadmins of angband.org have hosted Thangorodrim and helped me whenever a problem arised. But due to an IT reorganization at the Georgia Tech University the angband.org webserver may go away in a few weeks. It isn't sure yet if the reorganization will affect angband.org, but I don't want to take that risk. To prevent a big outage I decided to move Thangorodrim to a new site.
Thangorodrim is now located at http://www.thangorodrim.net/ and my new email address is rr9@thangorodrim.net.
Please update your bookmarks, links, and address books to the new location.
I want to thank the admins of angband.org, especially Jeff Krug, for all these years of hosting Thangorodrim. I wish you good luck, and hope that your angband.org server isn't affected by the reorganization.
EyAngband 0.5.0 for Mac
"pelpel" compiled EyAngband 0.5.0 for PPC, 68k, and OS X Macs.
sCthAngband 1.0.5
The source code for version 1.0.5 of Kieron Dunbar's sCthAngband has been released. "iain_mac" prepared a Windows version. The changelog contains the detailed description of all new features and bugfixes.
Hengband 1.2.1
A bugfix release for the stable branch of Hengband is now available as source code, Mac, and Windows version. Take a look at the changelog for the list of fixed bugs.
