• PernAngband 5.0.0b
  A bugfix for PernAngband has been released by Dark God as source code, DOS, Windows (by Scott Holder), and Mac (by "pelpel"). As usual the changelog can tell you what is new.
• Angband for Solaris
  Jason Holtzapple ported Angband 2.9.3 to Intel- and Sparc-based Solaris machines.
• Borg for Angband 2.9.3
  I've updated the of the APW-Borg to work with the new Angband 2.9.3 and Dr. Andrew White compiled it as executable and screensaver for Windows.

• EyAngband 0.3.4b
  Eytan Zweig released a bugfix of EyAngband that solves the known problems in the last release. It's available as source code, Windows version, DOS version (by Adam Horowitz), PPC, and 68k Mac version (by "Gileba").
• PernAngband 5.0.0
  Dark God released version 5.0.0 of PernAngband. As the version number jump suggests this is a big update, so make sure to read the changelog. The source code and versions for DOS, Windows (by Scott Holder), OS/2 (by Skylar Thompson), and 68k/PPC Mac (by "pelpel") are available.
• OS/2 ports
  Skylar Thompson ported Angband 2.9.3 and ZAngband 2.6.1 for OS/2 machines.
• Amiga ports
  And Bablos ported DrAngband 2.9.9 and UnAngband 0.4.3 for the the Amigas.

• EyAngband 0.3.4
  A new version of Eytan Zweig's variant EyAngband is now available as source code, Windows version, DOS version (by Adam Horowitz), and PPC and 68k Mac versions (by "Gileba"). This is mainly a bug-fix and source update release, though many minor gameplay changes have been made as well. The main change from most players point of view will be the improved 'I'nspect abilities. A full list of changes can be found on the EyAngband homepage.
• Angband 2.9.3 for Macintosh
  "Gileba" also ported the new Angband version to PPC and 68k Macs.
• OmnibandTk
  Tim Baker has released updates to his four Tk versions of Angband, KAngband, OAngband, and ZAngband under the name "OmnibandTk". The new version also introduces an isometric view and an improved sound-system. For details look at the OmnibandTk homepage.

• Angband 2.9.3
  A new version of Angband is now available as source code, Windows, and DOS version. Take a look at the list of changes to find out more about new features and bugfixes in this release.
• Amiga Gumband
  Bablos ported Gumband 2.1.7b to the Amiga.
• UnAngband for Windows
  Eytan compiled a Windows version of UnAngband 0.4.3.
• Multiplayer PernAngband 3.2.0
  Dark God released version 3.2.0 of the multiplayer variant PernMAngband. The source code and Windows version of the client are available for download.

• UnAngband 0.4.3
  Andrew Doull released several updates to his variant UnAngband. The latest version 0.4.3 is available as source code and DOS version.
• Gumband 2.1.7b
  Joseph William Dixon updated Gumband and released a DOS version as well as the source code. Beside several bugfixes the new version introduces some new items like 'rods of pesticide', 'rings of knowledge', and 'amulets of resist electricity'.
• PsiAngband for PPC Mac
  Scot Meyer compiled PsiAngband 1.3.0 for PPC Macs.
• Roguelike News closing down
  Darren Hebden, the maintainer of the Roguelike News website has stopped all updates to this great site. Darren - we'll miss you. But there is hope for all news-hungry fans of roguelike games. Several people are currently starting new sites to fill the hole. The most promising at the moment (and the only one that is already available) is Steve Register's ARNS - Another Roguelike News Site.
