Angband Macro FAQ Jim Lyon created a list
of "Frequently Answered Questions" about
Angband macros and keymaps.
It includes a small tutorial for using these advanced features
as well as many useful examples.

EyAngband 0.2.0 Eytan Zweig released a new
stable EyAngband version.
The stable release fixes several bugs in the latest beta and adds
updated help-files.
CthAngband patches
Many patches for CthAngband 4.1.0 can be
found at Kieron Dunbar's homepage.
If you can compile the game yourself then these patches might be very
interesting.
Discworld ZAngband Kleitman created a
Discworld mod
for ZAngband. The altered info text files
incorporate items, monsters and characters from Terry Pratchett's
brilliant and hilarious Discworld series.
Angband FTP server
The Angband FTP server is moving from export.andrew.cmu.edu
to clockwork.dementia.org.
The new server no longer requires "reverse domain-name lookup",
so people with a crappy internet service provider won't have problems
accessing it. The directory structure has been reorganized and
sub-directories for the various variants have been created.
Changing the links on Thangorodrim will take a while, so there will
probably many broken links for the next few days.

EyAngband 0.2.0 beta 4
A new EyAngband beta is out. The new
version fixes several bugs and brings an update of the help-files.

PernMAngband Windows client update Dark God released a new
version of the Windows client for PernMAngband.
This version allows the use of the experimental Mimics, the goblins,
and adds graphics support.
