• DrAngband for Windows
  Darkhalf compiled DrAngband 2.9.2 for Windows 95/98/NT.
• Sillyband for Amiga
  And Bablos compiled Sillyband 0.1.0 for the Amiga.

• ZAngband 2.3.3 BETA for OS/2
  Alexey Guzeev compiled the OS/2 version of the new new development version.
• New ZAngband DevTeam member
  The ZAngband DevTeam just growed again. Gwidon S. Naskrent joined the team and will help us making ZAngband even better.

• ZAngband 2.3.3 (BETA) released
  The ZAngband DevTeam released a new development version of ZAngband. The new version has a long list of changes and is available as source code, Windows 95/98/NT, and DOS version.

• ZAngband development version
  The daily snapshots of the current development version are back after some trouble with the www.crosswinds.net server.
  Keep in mind that this is the version that the ZAngband DevTeam is working on, so it is an ALPHA version.

• OS/2, Acorn, and Amiga ports
  Alexey Guzeev ported DrAngband 2.9.2, GSNband 2.02, and PernAngband 4.0.1 to OS/2. DrAngband 2.9.2 has also been compiled for the Amiga by Bablos and for Acorn RISC OS machines by Henry Helliwell.

• New PernAngband home page
  Noodles has created a new PernAngband page. He also has an offer to all variant maintainers:

  What I would like to do, for interested developers, is design and maintain a network of variant sites, each with their own address, ie. drangband.xttp.com. I have been an Angband fan since it was Moria, and figure it is the least I can do for such a fantastic game. I would be greatful if you would post my idea on your site, so interested developers can send me information to build their sites.

• DrAngband 2.9.2
  Tom Morton released DrAngband 2.9.2 as source code and DOS version.

• Amiga ports
  Bablos ported GSNband 2.0.1, DrAngband 2.9.2 BETA, SBFband 0.2.2, and PernAngband 4.0.1 to the Amiga.
• ZAngband development
  The ZAngband DevTeam starts to make the source code of the current development version available to everybody who is interested. You can download daily (or nightly) snapshots of the source that we are working on from http://www.crosswinds.net/~dailyzangband/. No guarantees whatsoever about the quality of this code. The snapshots are ALPHA versions and may not even compile on a bad day...
  Patches from one version to the next will be made available in the next few days, and we'll also try to provide compiled versions from time to time.

• DrAngband BETA
  Tom Morton released a development version of DrAngband with many new features including experimental support for a larger display of the dungeon.

• SBFband 0.2.2 for Acorns
  Henry Helliwell compiled the new version of SBFband for the Acorn RISC OS.

• SBFband 0.2.2
  Steve Fisher released a bugfixed version of his variant SBFband. It is available as source code, MS-DOS, and Windows 95/98/NT version. The update fixes the bug that caused the game to crash when entering some stores.
• DrAngband Windows port
  Dana Larose ported the revived DrAngband to Windows 95/98/NT.
• New ZAngband DevTeam member
  The DevTeam is happy to welcome John I'anson-Holton to the DevTeam! You probably all know him from his great work on the ZAngband Knowledge Base.

• Amiga DrAngband
  Bablos compiled the Amiga version of DrAngband 2.9.1.
• GSNAngband 2.02
  Gwidon S. Naskrent released a new version of his variant GSNAngband. Source code and DOS version are already available. Take a look at the list of changes to see what is new.

• PernAngband for Acorn RISC OS
  Henry Helliwell compiled the new PernAngband version for the Acorn RISC OS machines.

• PernAngband 4.0.1
  The new version 4.0.1 of Dark God's variant PernAngband is now available for DOS and Windows.
• Dragon Angband 2.9.1
  And Tom Morton released DrAngband 2.9.1 with many bugfixes and new features.
